Turn heads with the elegant design of this high-efficiency freshwater rod. Mustad’s Detector fishing rods are built on a high-performance carbon blank made from a blend of two different IM7 (30T) fibers. The moderate fast action of these rods makes them perfect for targeting trout and panfish with modern techniques. When designing these rods, increasing comfort, and reducing weight were key. Mustad Detector rods feature compressed cork grips with high density foam inserts and a Seaguide XMS reel seat boasting extended grips with Japanese shrink tubes for ultimate sensitivity.
