PRODUCT REVIEWS AND RATINGS POLICY

The Sportski Ribolov online store allows users to leave ratings and comments about products available in our offer.

The purpose of reviews is to provide customers with additional information about other users' experiences with products and to help them make informed purchasing decisions.

How do we collect reviews?
Product reviews are collected in two ways.

After a completed purchase, we may automatically send customers an email inviting them to rate the products they purchased. The review invitation is linked to a specific order and the products included in that order.

In addition, a review can be submitted directly through the "Write a review" form available on the product page.

Since the product review form is also available to users who have not received a review invitation following a purchase, we cannot reliably confirm for every review that its author purchased the product from our online store.

For this reason, we do not present reviews as reviews from verified purchasers unless a specific review is explicitly marked as a verified purchase.

Review verification and moderation
All submitted reviews are reviewed by an administrator before being published on the website.

Moderation is not carried out for the purpose of removing negative opinions about products. Positive and negative reviews are treated equally, and a low rating or negative experience with a product is not, in itself, a reason for a review not to be published.

Sportski Ribolov may refuse to publish a review if it contains offensive, discriminatory, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate content, personal information that should not be made public, advertising or promotional messages, spam, or content that is clearly unrelated to the product being reviewed.

A review may also be rejected where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the product review system has been misused.

Sportski Ribolov does not alter the meaning of a review or the content of a negative review in order to present a product more favourably.

Reviews following a completed purchase
After a completed purchase, we may send customers an email inviting them to review products from their order.

Based on the specific order, the system displays the products included in that order and allows the customer to rate them and leave a comment.

A review submitted in this way is forwarded to an administrator and, like other reviews, is published after moderation.

The fact that a review has been moderated does not mean that Sportski Ribolov confirms the accuracy of all statements made by the author of the review.

Discount coupon for submitting a review
Customers who receive an invitation to review purchased products following a completed purchase are awarded a coupon for a 5% discount on products in our offer after successfully submitting a review.

The coupon may be used within 15 days from the date of issue for an order with a minimum value of RSD 2,500, in accordance with the conditions stated with the issued coupon.

Receiving the coupon is not conditional on submitting a positive review. The customer receives the same discount regardless of the number of stars awarded and regardless of whether their opinion of the product is positive or negative.

The rating given and a negative comment are not, in themselves, reasons for refusing to publish a review.

The coupon is intended to encourage customers to share their experience with a product and not to encourage positive ratings.

Display of ratings
Ratings and comments that have passed moderation may be publicly displayed on the relevant product page.

The displayed average product rating is calculated on the basis of published user ratings.

Sportski Ribolov does not commission or publish fake reviews and does not present a review as being from a customer who purchased or used the product unless there is an appropriate basis for doing so.

Responsibility for review content
Published ratings and comments represent the personal opinions and experiences of their authors and do not necessarily represent the views of the Sportski Ribolov online store.

Sportski Ribolov moderates reviews in accordance with this Policy, but publication of a review does not constitute confirmation of the accuracy of all statements made by its author.
